Life sometimes can take an unexpected turn,sometimes good, other times it was not what you were expecting. Then the anxiety sets in an makes it hard to see the truth of what is happening. These are the times when meditating becomes critical.

If we are going to see the truth behind a situation we must be a peace with it. God will talk to us and we always get the answers we need if we listen.
