Good Morning, I would like to tell you a story. It is a true story. Yesterday I was informed that someone I know from another state tried to commit suicide and now was going into a drug rehab center. Most people did not realize that his problem was this bad. People that new him did not know that he was even depressed.

When I talk about being honest with yourself, this includes being brave enough to reach out for help if you need it. Life may not always go as we would like, although there is always a positive alternative if you are open to it.

I would like you to think about the people in you life. Do they really know who you are. Life is about sharing your experiences whether they are good or bad so that we can grow as spiritual beings, also it helps those that we come in contact with.

Your affirmation:" Today the people I come in contact with will know the real me. I am perfect the way I am and I continue to grow minute by minute."
