Good Morning, We live in a complicated world. I am sure that I am not the only one who experiences negativity and anger on a daily basis. At times it seems like we as a world are regressing into a dark place.

As much as I would like to react, deep down I know that we are all lost at times. It can be challenging to be happy and spiritually based when it looks like all around you is lost.. We all have caracter defects. What is important is realizing them and overcoming these minor aspects of ourselves and learning to turn them into a positive..
