The gift of a question is a very powerful tool. We all have the answers inside. So if you really want to help yourself or someone else start ask questions.

Example: Someone says, I am not sure if I should take this job.

You: how do you feel about it. or Is this what you are really looking for.

Another words give them questions so they can find the right answer for themselves.
